If the owner refuses to allow the official to enter, the town can go to a judge for an "administrative search warrant"

Although I do disagree with the degree to which this is being carried out, I am glad that some of these ordinances are in place. I can tell you after growing up in a small rural town in the south that I for one am certainly glad that the city that I live in now does not let people put cars up on blocks in their front yards and strives to maintain a certain level of cleanliness. Of course I am also for the neighbors being able to go over and beat the crap out of the guy who screws up the look of the neighbor hood. Heck I'm on the verge of sneak attacking my neighbor's front yard one weekend and throwing all his junk over his privacy fence in one big heap because his front yard looks like his ...
