This man, taking the video, is a patriot who is protecting our rights, and she is a nazi. More of this needs to happen.

Wow. What balls. Is it sad to say I'd be scared to death to question an official person like this? I believe the driver in the vid also had another video about a woman trespassing on his property .. the voice sounds the same anyway.

Fascinating video. Sure does makes us aware that we have certain rights as citizens that we too frequently overlook in the name of civility, or just plain going along with the program. I most likely would have answered the question, and went on my way without another thought.

This man knows his Constitutional rights and the law, and owns this poor pawn of a Border Patrol Agent who is "following orders". Watch her at the end, it appears that she understand just who is enforcing the law at the end, and who is breaking it.

But do remember to remain respectful, or at least not aggressively hostile or you will end up in real trouble. As the man did, take down names and badge numbers so that you can later use them once you've gotten away from the situation. You might think the law is not on your side, but until you are sure (through later research or a lawyer) don't instigate further trouble.
