This man knows his Constitutional rights and the law, and owns this poor pawn of a Border Patrol Agent who is "following orders". Watch her at the end, it appears that she understand just who is enforcing the law at the end, and who is breaking it. Never bow to someone in uniform if the law is NOT on their side. As the man did, take down names and badge numbers so that you can later use them once you've gotten away from the situation. You might think the law is not on your side, but until you are sure (through later research or a lawyer) don't instigate further trouble. Many people are set to do a job and when you ask them questions that they can't answer you become an annoyance to them and these people don't usually react well in situations that become clouded or confusing to them.
