I just didn't take the time to further explain in the comments. While I know Wright is being clever, I can't see how it matters much whether you're interacting with other players directly orwith their creations indirectly. How many RTS have you played? The main differnces for me are: * AI vs. Humans - With Spore, all teh critters (but your own for themost part) are controlled by the AI, you can set (i assume) difficulty levels, etc. With Humans, well, yo cn hope to pick a moron to play against when you fisrt start out so you don't get pwned. * "real time" - if this is a MMOG (Massively Multiplayer Online Game) then it happens in real time.. you cannot take a break or just shut it down and know your happy littl ecritter is the same as you left him.
