I'm doing it right now, and loving it!

A friend of mine quit as a birthday gift was awfully sweet

That's some friend, Sheroug!!!! I might sacrifice life and limb for a friend, but never my smokes. Truthfully, it's a vile and nasty habit and count yourself lucky you didn't enjoy the sensation of coughing up your lungs, because once addicted ..... oy, all hope is gone!

I have tried quitting so many times in the past and I just can't do it. What is terrible is my little 7 year old granddaughter wants me to quit and the best I can do is promise to try. For that I hate myself for being so weak.

Stupid is as stupid does..

Makes me very stupid!
