Note that this is an added tax it doesn't replace any just like the carbon tax and other proposed taxes and fee's.

America it seems is being taxed into third world country status, at a time when jobs are in short supply too.

It would seem that Obama has shifted the war on terror to a war on privacy, going by this and many of his other actions.

This agency in turn would issue millions in taxpayer-backed grants to well-connected commercial manufacturers of tolling equipment to help develop the required technology.
