This is actually misguided, but I'll take it as a good contemporary irony.

Jews is not a prophet. Islam does not denigrate Jews' prophets because Islam believes in the prophets of Jews equally. Qu'ran has more stories of prophets of Jews then it has the stories of it's own prophet.

In fact, this is a perfect example of how generally the East and West are led to be misguided by the notion of Clash of Civilization versus Clash of Ignorance. The anger of East towards the American and Jews (over the politics) are at odds with the Freedom of Speech (and freedom of everything traditional) for the West. By the time we come out of it, we will be realizing that all that fuss was purely based on politics and ignorance and faith was mistakenly blamed on all sides equally.
