I recieved the anti-virus info - down loaded it and scanned and fixed my computer. The only problem I am having is the box concerning this product keeps coming up while I am doing other things. When I hit the close X - I lose everything and have to star over. It is very annoying. How do I stop this? I even shut down my computer and re-booted it. Karen Miller - fopmop@frontiernet.net

I can not get this to work a 2nd time. What do I do?

I purchased the Antivirus 2009. I did not receive an e-mail in my mailbox or on my spam folder. How am I to register? I cannot get this to work...
