Are they going to charge Cheney and Bush too? No Riviera for these fellows! On Keith Olbermann's Countdown show last night a legal expert said it's typical to go after the 'lower-level,' perpetrators first and often in this process can get new information that would help convict the 'bigger fish.' Plus, it was suggested that at this time Spain going after Bush or Cheney would cause too much backlash and hinder the investigation. Justice seems woefully slow but it does grind on. Olberman also quoted Monty Python: Nobody expects the Spanish Inquisition! @tanyamm: One can only hope.
