This clip reminded me of a book i once read called The Inmates Are Running The Asylum (can get it here http://bit.ly/2LITwP0). It's primarily about software/technology development and how imperative it is to have ordinary people (non-techies) driving the development of the user experience and user interface because what seems clear and obvious to techies is not usually clear to most people.

I've always tried to practice this in the development of Clipmarks and Amplify - putting myself (an uber non-techie) at the front of the user experience.
