Baroness Nicky Chapman has died, aged 48. No one thought she would live for that long and when she was born doctors said she would be without mental functions. Actually she was an ace in political work for the handicapped.

She'd do anything for anybody.</DIV><BR />"I lost my husband in November and she supported me through it.
