"Hate" is in the eye of the beholder ("subjective" the scholar noted among law enforcement) and there is no such thing as a "love crime". Either we have a first amendment, or we do not. People need to "deal with it" through public debate, making their own argument, free speech being granted to them too.

All opposition to something, someone, or some group is not necessarily "hate" (or their could be no public debate, nor morals, civil conduct, or laws to regulate society), but it is becoming popularly employed and abused as an irrational and condemnatory charge (from an involved party) to silence opposition and charge them with evil. Criminals, otherwis...

Criminals, otherwise, could also charge "hate" against society only because society prosecutes and hates their criminal behaviors which they have outlawed. (Note: all laws do legislate some kind of moral behavior, by some standard).

If any or all opposition is "hate" then everyone with a different opinion "hates" each other--an absurd conclusion. The culumny and charge of "Hate" is being used by those who want to prevent any debate or accusations against themselves--to shut down and censor their accusers, and brand them as "evil", while they themselves (it can be said) "hate" their opposition, maybe even more evidently.

Those who cry "hate" are using this TACTIC and trying to usurp and gain powers of social political correctness or government to end all criticism, debate, or public argument--for their side.
