Yup them clowns on the ninth circus are at it again. Every story I read on the Mojave Desert cross there is nothing ever mentioned of the state or any government official erecting the cross. In fact the reports state clearly who put it there and why.

The person who placed it there said it was to honor the war dead and they picked the place because of the picture of a doughboy on the rock. I see no church or state issue here.
