I was thinking of Russert’s state funeral, which I didn’t think to watch or read about, and how President and Mrs. Clinton showed up for it.  They will always be lead to the front at all events.  They will always be front row.  She will always walk right by the Sally Quinns of this world and will always have precedence over them no matter how they treat her.  What do they plan to do with the Clintons at the Convention?  not invite them?  Ban the former President?
