As a founder of a company, the vision is core to who you are as an individual - if an investor thinks a company is worth investing in then i think they'd be best served keeping the team that got it there in charge. should be! for all the risks they have taken, for the amazing faith they had on their product/services, for the vision of the far off future, when there was none visible at the beginning and more candidly, to enjoy the fruits of their hard labor & success...Yes, the founders should remain as CEO (s)! I think the founder has a duty to stay. To leave gives up to much of what you`ve put into it. |
