ROFL! News flash: In an amendment to the Supreme Court ruling, judges have now declared that the Peace award must, instead, go to George W. Bush. Saying, "The American people have spoken," Chief Justice Roberts acknowledged the irrelevance of the votes of the Nobel Committee, insisting "it is in the best interest of the country" to resolve the dispute immediately, and "international tribunals do not carry authority over the Chief Executive or within the bounds of the United States." Gore graciously declined to appeal, citing concerns regarding secret detention camps, where he had been invited to present his case. President Bush was said to be planning a new peace initiative designed to destro... LOL I love this kinda stuff! ME too! Al Gore and the Supreme Court don't seem to get very well. They Decided on GWB's 2000 win against Gore, over the votes of the people, because if you lose a few ballot boxes, and decide counting votes again too much trouble, you can get a decent Presidency with one vote. Maybe he should become a Mason. Probably knows better. Obviously peace is a threat to National Security. I'm really confused. How can the Supreme Court have anything to say about this? How is this a judicial issue? I hope he ignores them. Um...it was SATIRE; a story with a humorous intention, spoof, etc...  When joking about the Supreme Court it is mandatory that the joke be seriously funny, so it will be beyond reasonable doubt that people are are laughing at the joke, and not the Supreme Court. He can keep the trophy, but the money is taxable. Maybe they should start the 'Supreme Court Prizes' to give them a bit of competition. The winner being the politician who most closely matches his campaign promises.That would be bound to cause some fun. There could even be a sweep. Actually. The supreme court is a joke right now. C'mon. See what you've done here? These people actually believe this. Did you tag this "my dirty little agit-prop war"? LOLOLOLO Ooops. Guess I reacted too fast  . Mwahahaha!!!  Good one debby If they could they probably would, or else get their boss all upset about being upstaged... Great story though. Hm. Many a joke emerges as a self-fulfilling prophecy, sort of. Nota bene: The US-American reality can't be topped by any satire and needs no hyperbole. Lets the Nobelfundation in sweden decide who gets a nobelprize or not. This is certainly not the task of a judge. Is there someone spinndoctoring via his relations to the justice-clan? Might be. whoa! Gret idea: the supreme court prize! Actually Bush should have shared the price with Gore, as without all the mistakes he did, Al Gore wouln't have the same spotlight on his face! so i vote for a nobel shared between Bush and Al gore, not with the UN blablah... Surprise surpirse... As I said before anyone that tries to do GOOD for the people are put down, discredited, or even assassinated. Face it people we are living in a country that is doomed. Are morals are shot, children are running wild, the dollar is falling -- etc.. The bible is your best bet -- read Revelations, Danial again.. And Bush is proudly leading the way to destruction! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA! They should really be this funny; the Supremes should be obligating to entertain as much as they aggravate. The funny part about this is that so many people think it's serious.
