The driver ignored officers' orders to stop and fled. </p> <P>Police pursued the vehicle until it got stuck in a snowbank. </p> <P>The driver, a 22-year-old woman from St. Cloud, was arrested on two DWI charges, driving on a revoked license and running a stop sign.</p> <P>Two other women riding in the car also were arrested after fleeing from police.
