<P>A new way of comparing poverty and wealth trends across Britain <A href="http://www.jrf.org.uk/knowledge/findings/housing/2077.asp">shows inequality has reached levels not seen for over 40 years</A>. This is according to research released today (17 July) by the Joseph Rowntree Foundation.
