There are ways he could have drawn attention to this 'issue' without resorting to oportunistic motives.

I'm writing to my local radio station now to ask that his show be removed. We don't need a guy like this on our side of the fence. He's really a democrat at heart anyway. Last year it was discovered that he donated money to the democratic party. He came up with some lousy excuse to explain it.
