Who got betrayed were the Czechs and the Poles who had this idea shoved down their throats by conservative politicians and George Bush who have since been removed from office. This represents a victory for the people and a substantial savings in taxpayer dollars. Not bad move by Obama. The Right is wrong to make a big stink about this. They are still pursuing a missile shield. The one they are opting for is more reliable, costs less, and makes reasonable concessions with other regional players. We'll see. Let's see some action first. |
