Imagine that. A court more interested in "justice" than ideology. The accused can now offer evidence in their defense! What a concept.

How evil this administration has been. I will be so happy when these guys are OUT.

'Bout time. After 6 years, they have, what, one or two convictions? The vast majority of those held are still uncharged. And when charged, the Bushites claim that the evidence condemning them is national security, and the defendants have no right to see it.
