Is it too expensive to show that we are concerned for America’s ethical psyche?

What about the damage to our collective integrity? Is this too expensive to regain?

Are journalists more concerned with keeping their jobs than in reporting the truth?

I say yes we do want to see Cheney standing in the dock along with all the others who were complicit in allowing this most base crime against humanity.

“Human experimentation on helpless detainees” is one of the crimes we prosecuted Nazi Germany for after WWII. How is it that America has now committed this same atrocious affront to mankind and there are people willing to allow it to go unpunished?

The more the press allows our ‘political elites’ to get away with the more they will get away with in the future.

Incidently, the term ‘political elites’ connotes a class of people that are above the law. This term should be stricken in favor of ‘fellow Americans’. They are not ‘elite’ as if they are royalty. America is not a kingdom. We are all equal under the law and it is about time we begin proving it.
