I think it is interesting how you can be so beside yourself regarding the petty disemvowel-ing of a comment, which seems to me has been started by you and your better half. If clipmarks does not address personal threats and threatening actions, then what makes you think they care about someone removing a comment from their clip?

I'm arguing in favor of people not being able to censor legitimate discussion without cause. I'm saying that people shouldn't be able to delete comments that they disagree with in order to keep certain opinions from being expressed. I'm arguing in favor of more speech.

It is just a comment about me. You probably aren't really all that up-in-arms over that comment, are you? Everyone is biased. Some just choose to TRY to be more objective than others, and sometimes, no matter how offended you are, the opinions you find most offensive may be the most relevant. Even if you do not see the relevance, there is wisdom to be gained by the tone, passion, logic, offense, defense, insanity, or clear sobriety of most comments. I usually don't delete comments that are personal attacks against me, though I have and probably will again. The handful of comments I've deleted have been spam and comments that are off subject or attempts to deceive and change the debate in another direction.
