Good one chestnut Purrfect!!! Love it!!! Yup. When the more pro-active seeds have failed to take root, often all there is left to motivate is to get out of the misery, or the shame, or the anxiety, ...and NOW! And one does not need to kick themselves for having to "resort" to such motivators. Use it, be glad something finally lit a fire, and see if you can improve the process in the future. (This was a recent topic of contemplation and discussion.) Also, while a wave of dependency and a populist theme of class envy, jealousy, blame, and denial of responsibility came at a troubled time when the nation needed just the opposite, many people are being all that much longer delayed from action they'd be otherwise taking on their own by now. |
