How long before the U.S. and Russia are right back where they were during the Cold War? To me, Putin seems like the scariest of all world leaders.

However, scariest world leader? I am not sure who is scarier, Putin or Bush.

I think Bush is scarier for the world, and Putin scarier for Russians!
