I have a friend who suffers from almost complete color blindness. We all know when driving green light = go, red light = stop. For him, it has been top light = stop, bottom light = go. Sometimes I'll point out an interesting site ("Check out that guy in the purple shirt!") and his response is always along the lines of "Purple?" It seems so sad because I love colour! Now I always take into account his opinion when designing web sites so text, graphics, logos etc. just don't blend into each other.
