Uhm... guess ya didn't read the fact sheet, huh? You should, truly. Just so you know.. hundreds of detainees have been released, NONE have ever been charged or convicted. Many of the detainees were sold for the bounty, because people are so desperately poor.

Google Moazzam Begg, and, if you can, grab his book, it's called "Unlawful Combatant". Also, watch the documentary called "Road to Guantanamo". Mostly, please read about this issue... these guys are not war criminals, but Bush is.

Oh! One other thing.. the so called intelligence? You cannot depend on "intelligence" when it's gathered using torture. Many of the detainees were threatened with their own families.. something happening to their children and so on.

Read about what really goes on in these places. You will be shocked!
