One in three Americans carry guns. No great difference, except the Muslim kids aren't armed yet.
It is a very bad situation and that attitude in the young is exceedingly sad.

How many 'Merikans approved of the wars after 9/11 when the fever to kill for revenge was on...in fact how many people would have approved of killing Muslims and Arabs if we had been winning the war? MORE THAN 1 in 3, that's for sure. AND, these kind of surveys are highly suspect, anyway.

Your household is how it should be. To act tough, we voice willingness to kill. It is just the old hunter urges coming to the surface. Keep being upset by articles such as the one you clipped but remember that humans are still savages deep down under the person you see. War licenses that savagery ( as can the presence of guns).
