Again, it rains and floods. I was a little scared last night that my house might flood. It all looks okay now, but it's still raining.

It's still raining. 3 people have died as a result of flooding so far. My parents have had over 10 inches of rain so far (in their rain gauge).

In metropolitan areas, there's no flood. But at the suburbs of the city (especially at the European side of Bosphorus) it is reported that some houses were flooded yesterday and their power was cut off.

Weather reports just warned that more thunderstorms and heavy rain was expected beginning with Wednesday.
