Obama now ahead by over 150 delegates. Many headlines think Clinton is fading.

The Clinton team themselves know they are fading. Thus their attempts to break with the set rules of the DNC and try to gain control over delegates in Florida and Michigan where there wasn't even contested primaries.

Acts of desperation. It shouldn't be allowed.
