Thanks for pointing out the obvious. That's why I said I don't think cable news is kicking the crap out of anybody. Most are losing out to the internet just like the print media is.

Here is my hypothesis about Faux News. In the lead up to the ill advised invasion of Iraq Faux News pushed all the right buttons of the tough guy crowd. Two of my older brothers use to watch Faux News and now they are disgusted by its propaganda. I am proud of them. It took them a little time to realize they had been had but the finally saw the light. I think they were ahead of the curve.

As the article points out MSNBC is under new guidance. We'll see how it all plays out.
