Just something to think about. WIFI operates on a wavelength of 12.5 cm or around 6cm. A microwave oven, around 12.5 cm, this should be ringing alarm bells already.
Microwave energy is transfered more efficiently if an object at least one wavelength long is used to receive it, say about the size of a human brain (about 12.5 cm).
