Even though I've gone throug many attempts of practicing meditation on a daily basis, I've not yet found the peace of mind to be consequent in my efforts. So in no way can I call myself an expert on this topic.
Having said that, I do know from my own experience that anger I can feel because something is nog going the way I'd like it to be, not only changes the way I feel in that particular moment, but stays in my system for a much longer period. Therefor it will change the way I will respond to other situations I encounter. This will create other outcomes then the ones I wished for and might have gotten, had I not gotten mad earlier.
