No one mentions the very big problem of who owns the patents to these modified crops. The patent holder will have ultimate power of life and death when everyone converts to the GM crops.

Isn't there enough death today with the unmodified foods? How dumb to think that all the effort and money invested in developing these crops would not somehow need to be returned to those making the invesment?
