One way for you to implement user ratings and comments for standardized documents (including those that live outside of SharePoint). Also a good way to distribute updated templates built with new metadata. Metadata (and elements of the document content) can easily be captured and surfaced as list data in this SharePoint document library or anywhere else in SymIQ.
