the coffee bean, much like the cacao bean, is incredibly rich with antioxidants, amino acids, vitamins and minerals. Fresh-ground gently roasted coffee bean powder (again, like with cacao) has numerous brain and body health benefits....so folks, now you may drink a MUG OF COFFEE! happily...

I'm sure those foods are good for you, but the website doesn't give any credentials as to what qualifies them to decide the top five brain foods. Instead they have a store selling all those products.

Hi Picholine!
the web sites are there to earn money: period! it does not make any difference to me on that aspect. on the other hand, I am in the habit of collecting lots of information on books, quotes etc. including health aspects of our lives. just found that this makes sense and hence, had clipped! Quite a few wonderful sites are there on health: you should refer them more often!

I've always loved coffee...now that it's being proclaimed as being healthy, the more i loved it!

Basically, it's my "cure" for asthma attacks...

I can also drink coffee before going to bed...doesn't make a difference what time...it can wake me up, it can also lull me to sleep...
