But I do so without any application!
Safari is so much faster than the others, that I use it for games with time limits. But he has no my all-day add-ons. Some sides open IE - they like to do so - and my normal used Browser is FF - for some weeks I tried Google too, but it's slow like FF and not so customizable. As long as the RAM isn't 100% filled, I had never Problems with them.
I use WinXP Home.

The best option i have found that has best of breed when it comes to real world testing is http://www.multibrowserviewer.com.

It has 16 browsers in 1 install and allows screen shots from 45 different os and browser combinations.
