I can't stress the importance of pets being spade and neutered enough.

I wish I could get another kitten. The SPCA really asks a lot and even people just re-homing are asking large sums for various reasons. If I could have a free one I could afford a litter box, litter, food, and there are vets who will give me a discount because I'm on disability.
