This is sure to cuase another wave of downward spirals. If gov'ts have to drop budgets to equate to the present value of homes, when they had orginaly planned, hired, and spent based on previous over extended vlaues - there will be a need to remake their budgets, drop staff, drop others from the budget including jobs. This will in spiral downward. Ouch!
