This is a comment on Youtube by Mseedy I thought was good. Think I want to try it.

528hz is an amazing frequency! If anyone is curious about it, try this simple experiment.
1.Download a free tone generator.
2.Get two (identical) cups of water.
3.Set your tone generator to 528.
4.Place one on the cups in front of the speaker (make sure the volume is high enough to overide any ambient sounds; computer hum etc.)
5.Keep the other cup somewhere else
6.Wait twenty minutes then taste both cups water.

I've done this a dozen times. The 528 water is always softer & sweeter. = )
