Is that the waffle house with the scattered, smothered, and covered hash-browns, or the other one that's more like a Denny's? I LOVE the formica diner WAFFLE HOUSE with the hash-browns! I saw a cook at one in Atlanta many years ago who was sheer artistry in motion. The man was a genius in his execution when the place was full with a line out the door on a Sunday morning.
