UpStateMike - I've seen where you get your material. Canadian Newspapers deriding the GOP for being a loser party. Come to think of it, maybe you do have better material.

Entire article built on lies.

Correction to This Article
A Feb. 9 front-page article about the Pentagon inspector general's report regarding the office of former undersecretary of defense Douglas J. Feith incorrectly attributed quotations to that report. References to Feith's office producing "reporting of dubious quality or reliability" and that the office "was predisposed to finding a significant relationship between Iraq and al Qaeda" were from a report issued by Sen. Carl Levin (D-Mich.) in Oct. 2004. Similarly, the quotes stating that Feith's office drew on "both reliable and unreliable reporting" to produce a link between al-Qaeda and Iraq "that was much stronger than that asse...

The evidence of lies -- deliberate lies -- being used to start the War for Oil & Israel in Iraq are undeniable. This report by the Pentagon Inspector General is just the start of exposing this.

The trial of Irving Lewis Libby also has produced evidence exposing this.

Carl Levin, chair of Armed Service has just started.

Jay Rockerfeller will also investigate.

...and as many other's have realized plans for war in Iran are next; -(there are some clips already posted about this today).

So, no time left to listen to bull*hit.

Here's my idea:

Apparently our votes and our feelings are not enough. Impeaching Vice-President Cheney would be a good next step. (If we impeach Bush then Cheney wou...

Nice try n2sooners - although they misquoted Carl Levin's report in some spots has being the words of the Inspector General it is still important to note:

while the inspector general's report states that the office "developed, produced, and then disseminated alternative intelligence assessments on the Iraq and al Qaida relationship, which included some conclusions that were inconsistent with the consensus of the Intelligence Community, to senior decision-makers." The inspector general's report further states that Feith's briefing to the White House in 2002 "undercuts the Intelligence Community" and "did draw conclusions that were not fully supported by the available intelligence."[/q...

@ n2sooners - from the Voice of America

When Undersecretary of Defense for Policy Douglas Feith disseminated his own intelligence analysis on Iraq in the leadup to the war, was he acting as an advocate for war with Iraq? Or was he simply presenting alternative views to the top policymakers?

The Pentagon Inspector General's report says Feith's office was predisposed to trying to prove a link between Saddam Hussein and al-Qaida. The intelligence community's collective judgment was that that claim was dubious, and the assertion was later discredited. Nevertheless, some administration officials, including Vi...

I don't trust anything this administration does or says anymore. What a pack of lying liars hell bent on creating a socio-economical-political order of many by a few and the use of religious claims to justify it.

debbyski, how do you take this in? If Bush lied, doesn't she qualify for the same?

I don't support Hillary for any political office Record. I think Hillary's campaign for Presidency is funded mostly by the righties because they want a sure loser. I think her vote was probably her best assessment at the time with information we now know to be seriously and maybe purposefully flawed; that doesn't make her a liar, but spineless if I thought she had good information to the contrary.

There were plenty others who voted against the War Powers Resolution. The ones who voted for it were victims of having their patriotism put in question. Spineless but not down right evil like Bush-Cheney.

Bush-Cheney lied to everyone and tried to tie Iran to Al-Qaeda in Afghanistan so we did Osama's bidding by overthrowing Saddam. Genius at work with Bush "The Bungler".

I'm not voting for anyone who voted for the Resolution in the primaries but I'll surely vote for any Democrat over the lying hypocrites of the Republican party.

Would have liked Feingold to run but since he's out I'm going with Obama. Would love to see Chuck Hagel win the nomination on the Republican side (one of the few R...

Turn back the wayback machine.

The UN imposed sanctions on Iraq.

Then they didn't want to enforce their sanctions with action.

The US realized it was important to rid the world of Saddam and did so. Congress approved of the plan.

The information proved to be inaccurate, because it was based on bad recon.

Getting Rid of Saddam was the easy part. Getting Iraq turned around and helped to become an independant nation is the hard part. Everyone knew it when they signed on for this war.

The Democrats have decided they want to get re-elected and the best way to do that is go against the unpopular war. Let's just leave them now right before they are able to complete the mission. Isn't wha...

I wasn't mad at Bush Sr. following Kuwait because they followed what was the UN Mission, to evict invading Iraq from Kuwait. At least Poppy realized what his idiot son did not, that going into Baghdad would result in a bogged down quagmire.

However, Bush Sr. and his gang involved themselves in the same type of mass hysteria his lying son did when they coached a small girl to testify that Iraqi soldiers were taking babies out of incubators at hospitals and "left them on the cold floor to die". Just a precursor of what you would see from the son.

I think we should really be mad that Bush Sr. and his gang were involved in giving WMD's to Saddam and propping him up in the first place. Can't ge...
