I really don't know what this means, sounds intriquing, to say the least, but it seems to make no sense what so ever. Could you help me understand it?

Ok I get it, its the Republican party platform. But still their ideological foundations are rather (or entirely) nonsensical. Why write al this crap above if the mission statement would suffice?
