Funny thing is that McCain hugs the Great Leader(tm) like a teddy bear and promises War, Evermore! and that is not enough.

I guess they won't be happy until every teenage girl in the world is barefoot and pregnant.

It's sort of a win-win. The only problem will come if (by some miracle) McCain wins and is a good president. Otherwise they can just dump scorn on him his entire presidency (if it happens) or after he loses and say they were right about him (being "right" really is the only thing that motivates them).
