I'm friends with a colonel stationed in South Korea. It would be wonderful if at the end of this, after all that money I unwillingly gave my government to fund this war, all the death and destruction, all the sacrifice, if the people of Iraq came to view America, and her democratic ideals in the same way that the Koreans do. Maybe that's a pipe dream. But it can't happen without re-development, probably one green zone at a time.

I doubt it. It was the North Korean who started the last fracas, not the U.S. A minor yet important difference.
