Greenpeace can be accused of being demagogic by using emotional images, but what they publish is usually true and backed by well-researched facts. If by "propaganda" you meant false or misinformed, then what they do is not propaganda. If you meant «A concerted set of messages aimed at influencing the opinions or behavior of large numbers of people.» (wikipedia), then of course it is propaganda. That is exactly Greenpeace's mission. That is good answer. But I have my doubts about the truthfulness of the video. There have been these same claims made over and over since the 50s. When I was in elementary school the rain forests were supposed to be gone in 20 years. 40 years later we are hearing the same thing.
