As the author of Celebrating Failure (www.celebratingfailure.com) you have thoughtfully given the ultimate example where you don't have a chance to learn from a failed attempt at stopping the meteor, and getting it right for the second meteor hurtling toward us. Fortunately our first mistakes most often lead to a much needed second chance to get it right. Especially fortunate for me. I am learning Celebrating Failure is more popular in prisons then it is with doctors.
