Some years ago was the championship of sand-sculpture creating here in Berlin.
Though Berlin is build on sand and all around we have more than enough, they needed megatons of special sand, that was brought from another country. The artists need sand with corners, while the geman sandpieces are rounded. Their sculptures are so fine and artificial!
But it's like the work of a houswife - if you come along the next time - nothing is to see of all the hard work.
