Given that 99% of climate science is unknown, the statement that scientists know they are not wrong is proof they are probably wrong and arrogant. In fact, this is an almost lock solid certainty they are wrong. Especially since they continue the idiocy of consensus. When scientist take a vow of poverty I'll buy the consensus schtick, until then I will deal with the evidence, science, and facts. The wheels are falling off this idiocy. It is too bad education is so deplorable in the socialized model of most western societies. The light is shining brighter on the morons, so the shadows are easier to find. That denialist 'logic' astounds me. Ya, I still can't buy the denial that the climate couldn't possibly change without the influence of mankind. Oh, it has and it can and it undoubtedly will in the future. I don't understand how any logical person could deny that we are not helping it along by the production of CO2, CH4, and CFCs in great amounts, causing a build-up in the atmosphere, because it cannot be absorbed as fast as it is being produced. That is a scientific fact, which anyone can confirm for herself (or himself) with a bit of research. Carbon dioxide has a dipole movement, which allows it to absorb radiation. Thus, the more carbon dioxide, the more heat. I believe, from a scientific standpoint, that we would have global warming with or without human activity, but this effect causes the CO2 that we produce to be magnified. ... The warmest year on record is 1934. Three of the past ten years are among the hottest ten years on record while four years in the 30s are among the top ten. We aren't any hotter now than we were seventy years ago. Global warming alarmism is nothing but a scam of a new religion. There is news coming out about temperature gathering data. Aguman has clipped some examples in the past. It seems this runs very deep and could blow the doors off this global warming garbage. Maybe that's wishful thinking. I'd like to see if these new revelations gain traction. More to come. I just reread my post and I want to apologize for all my typos. I usually go back and check for them, but I was feeling a bit lazy. Again, my apologies. H have tried to explain the science of is as best I could, which would allow all but the most science-ignorant among us to grasp the facts, but after reading over it, I realized that my explanation wasn't that clear. I failed to explain how radiation affects global warming. Radiation causes some molecules, such as CO2, methane, and Carbo-flourocarbon, to absorb radiation, which 'excites' them, causing them to move around more, increasing the number of times they 'bump into' each other. These collisions transfer heat to the surrounding mole... To Wilhelm: I have no doubt that some data-gathering mistakes have been made in the past, but I doubt it will have an overwhelming impact on the statistics. I look forward to seeing your info. Of course, it won't change the science that we know to be fact: the greenhouse effect, the chemical properties of the greenhouse gases, or the effect of radiation. All of which have been known for a long time and tested millions of times in laboratories around the world. I keep an open mind, however. |
