The one grain of truth in the Fresh Prince's remarks is that nobody sets out to do "evil" or thinks of themselves as "evil." True sociopaths have no concept of good and evil, while people who believe in such concepts always think of themselves as good.

His great error is the idea that Hitler didn't know about the pain and suffering he was causing, or that such knowledge would change anything. A true sociopath is incapable of empathy. The suffering of others means nothing to him/her.
