It is a tragic error, but considering all the good the environmental movement has done, starting with the creation of the National Parks, thats a bit of of an over statment. I think what willhelm is trying to illustrate is that we need to base policy on more than good intentions. Good intention is a proper place to start, but not an excuse to ignore other considerations. |
